WWE Raw - Anaheim, California - 18-02-08

This weeks Raw starts off with Triple H coming to the ring (obviously) and talking about how he’s going to Wrestlemania blah blah blah! Then he’s interrupted by Randy Orton who comes out and tells everyone that Triple H is jealous because he’s the best blah blah blah. Then Randy Orton is interrupted by John Cena who says Randy Orton is both a lier and a looser “Randy Orton is the first man to loose his way in to Wrestlemania!”. John Cena then challenges Randy Orton to a rematch tonight.

Now William Regal comes out and says that tonight Randy Orton and John Cena will fight tonight but not for the title. If John Cena wins the main even at Wrestlemania will become a triple threat match for the WWE title. He also adds that Triple H will be the special guest referee between John Cena and Randy Orton tonight.

First match: Jeff Hardy Vs Snitsky (money in the bank qualifying match)

Jeff Hardy pins Snitsky after a Twist Of Fate and Swanton Bomb.

VERDICT: 1/5 Not much of a match really. Not a total waste of time, just a waste of time!

Jeff Hardy has new theme music. I don’t like it. I prefer his old music! Just thought I’d mention that.

Shawn Michaels comes to the ring to announce the first inductee in to the 2008 Hall Of Fame.

Ric Flair is the first man is the in the Hall Of Fame 2008. I approve! Shawn Michaels seems genuinely touched to announce this.

Second match: Paul Burchill Vs Super Crazy

VERDICT: 0/5 Umm, other than Paul Burchill winning nothing happened! It was utterly pointless!

Paul burchill was announced as coming from Chelsea this week. He was from London last week!

I love his music. It’s really good, and I think i’m in love with his younger sister Katie Lee! She’s the hottest woman in the world! Phwarrrrrrrrrr

The crowd was chanting something through this match but i don’t know what it was! Anyone who knows tell me please.

Backstage: Randy Orton tries to convince Triple H that the Wrestlemania main even can’t be a triple threat so John Cena can’t win tonight. Triple H says he’ll call the match the way he wants to.

The Big Show comes to the ring and says he was asked to come out and apologise for what he did at No Way Out and asks Floyd Mayweather to to come out to the ring. Floyd Mayweather comes down to the ring. He looks like a troll! He says he’s sorry things had to happen like they did but he’s the best fighter in the world and when someone calls him out he has to respond.

Big Show puts his hand out and says he’s sorry. Floyd Mayweather shakes his hand and leaves the ring. Then the Big Show says calls him back saying he did what he was supposed to do but now he wants to say something. Big Show says that the only way Floyd Mayweather could hurt him was when he was on his knees, and even on his knees he’s still bigger than him! Now he challenges him to a match. Floyd comes running back to the ring and accepts.

VERDICT: 3/5 This was entertaining but only because of the Big Show! Floyd Mayweather tried to look tough but he just looks like a bit of a retard! It’s good to see the Big Show back again!

Third match: Mr. Kennedy Vs Val Veneus (money in the bank qualifying match)

Mr. Kennedy wins after hitting the Mind Check

VERDICT: 0/5 Another pointless match.

Mr. Kennedy has new music tonight too. It’s quite good!

Forth match: Mr. McMahon Vs Hornswoggle (steel cage match)

There is no match! J.B.L comes out of nowhere and attacks Finlay who came to the ring with Hornswoggle and hand cuffs him to the ropes. The Vince takes his belt off and starts whipping Hornswoggle with it and then leaves the ring.

J.B.L then starts to beat up Hornswoggle in front of Finlay who’s begging and pleading with him not to do it. Surely it’s not politically correct to whip a midget with a belt then beat him up on national television.

VERDICT: 1/5 I didn’t like this. At least it was unpredictable though.

Santino Marella and Maria come to the ring. Santino is wearing sunglasses, has a clip board and says he has good news for everyone. He says that Maria will pose nude in Playboy and tonight she will face Beth “Pheenox” in a match.

Just as the match is going to start Santino says as he’s looking at a contract that it says in the small print that Maria can only pose in Playboy if she beats Beth Phoenix.

Fifth match: Maria Vs Beth Phoenix

Maria wins after a distraction from Candice Michelle.

VERDICT:0/5 Why did they bother with this shit match! Everyone knows Maria is posing in Playboy! Santino was entertaining as usual though. He was out side the ring muttering to himself all through the match.
I say fuck Maria! I want to see Beth Phoenix in playboy!

Sixth match: John Cena Vs Randy Orton

John Cena wins after hitting the FU

VERDICT: 0/5 Surprise surprise, John Cena is now in the main event at Wrestlemania! I knew No Way Out was to good to be true!

After the match Triple H did a Pedigree on both Randy Orton and John Cena.

OVERALL VERDICT: 1/5 I wish i didn’t bother watching it really! It was a pretty dull affair through out and a bit of a waste of time. To make matters worse John Cena is now in the main event at Wrestlemania! Boooooo
